2. Collection and Processing of Personal Data

We collect personal data when you voluntarily provide it to us in the context of your order, when contacting us (e.g., via contact form or email), or when opening a customer account. Mandatory fields are marked as such, as in these cases we absolutely need the data for contract processing or to handle your contact request or account opening, and without providing this information you cannot complete the order and/or account opening or send the contact request. Which data is collected can be seen from the respective input forms. We use the data you provide in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1sentence 1 lit. b GDPR for contract processing and handling your inquiries.

After complete processing of the contract or deletion of your customer account, your data will be restricted for further processing and deleted after expiry of the tax and commercial law retention periods, unless you have expressly consented to further use of your data or we reserve the right to use data beyond this, which is permitted by law and about which we inform you in this declaration.

3. Data Processing for Order Fulfillment (Shopify)

For contract processing, we pass on your data to the shipping company commissioned with the delivery, insofar as this is necessary for the delivery of ordered goods. Depending on which payment service provider you select in the order process, we pass on the payment data collected for this purpose to the credit institution commissioned with the payment and, if applicable, to payment service providers commissioned by us, or to the selected payment service.

Our shop is hosted via the shop system of the service provider Shopify (Shopify International Limited, Victoria Buildings, 2nd Floor, 1-2 Haddington Road, Dublin 4, D04 XN32, Ireland). For this purpose, your data collected during the order process is passed on to Shopify. Shopify also processes your data (including IP address, order information, browser details) on servers in the USA. The transfer to the USA is based on standard contractual clauses of the EU Commission or adequacy decisions regarding data transfer. Further information on data protection at Shopify can be found at: https://www.shopify.de/legal/datenschutz (https://www.shopify.de/legal/datenschutz).2

4. Payment Service Providers

When paying via Shopify Payments (credit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, etc.) or PayPal, your payment data is transmitted to the respective service provider as part of payment processing (in particular Shopify Payments or PayPal (Europe) S.à r.l. et Cie, S.C.A., 22-24 Boulevard Royal, L-2449 Luxembourg). The processing is based on Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR.

If you select Klarna as the payment method (invoice, installment purchase), you consent to us transmitting your data necessary for payment processing and an identity and credit check to Klarna (Klarna Bank AB (publ), Sveavägen 46, 111 34 Stockholm, Sweden).

5. Cookies and Similar Technologies

In order to make visiting our website attractive and to enable the use of certain functions, we use socalled cookies on various pages. This serves to protect our legitimate interests in an optimized presentation of our offer, which predominate within the framework of a balancing of interests, in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. f GDPR. Insofar as cookies are absolutely necessary for the function of the website, this is technically required. For marketing and analysis cookies (e.g., through Shopify Analytics), we obtain your express consent in advance (e.g., via a cookie banner) (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR).

6. Your Rights

As a data subject, you have the following rights:
