As a small organic manufactory, we work with manageable quantities, careful craftsmanship, and a consistent focus on quality and freshness.
Regional.
We produce in Mainz-Finthen and keep transport distances short. The organic mushrooms are cultivated in our historic vaulted cellar, which provides ideal conditions and a stable climate with low energy consumption.
Certified organic.
Our business is organic-certified according to DE-ÖKO-006. We use exclusively substrates from controlled organic cultivation [organic-certified supplier in accordance with EU Regulation (EU) 2018/848].
